EDECS is a leading construction company that has successfully undertaken numerous projects across the Middle East. Due to recent expansions, we are currently hiring for this vacancy. This role is site based (across several sites in Egypt).
We are currently looking for a Recruiting & OD Specialist with these requirements:
At least 2 Years Experience in same (title and Construction Field)
Fluent in English
Bachelor degree
HR Diploma is preferred
Professional use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities for this position may include:
• Prepare, follow, and update the annual Manpower plan.
• Receive all job orders from departments and study their job descriptions.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
• Updates and review all job analysis and description.
• Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
• Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
• Follow-up Probation period for the recent hiring.
• Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
