Perform administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities :
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
