Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Working with CRM to manage all relationships with existing and potential customers.
Responding to customer queries.
Understanding and processing customer requests.
Forwarding complaints to senior management.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
Recent graduate or actively working towards a bachelor degree.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Fast learner and tech-savvy.
Excellent command in English.
Good problem-solving skills.
