Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Responsible for VOIS contractors / outsource monthly payroll transactions
To act as Primary contact between operations and vendors
Responsible for monthly data validation for all contractors data in alignment with VOIS suppliers
Confirming & Receiving monthly bills from the Vendors
Responsible for the yearly POs replaced for each vendor in alignment with the assigned budget from Finance team
Responsible for a monthly validation to all vendors payment and reconciliation with Finance Team
Responsible for monthly reporting to all the concerned teams
Monitor and report on the performance of vendors to ensure delivery in line with the contractual obligation and performance matrix
Performing Monthly HR operations related to any outsource employee (New hires, Payroll, leavers)
Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders
Ensure contract compliance with all internal company policies and procedures in alignment with the Egyptian Labor Law
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
+ 2 years of professional work experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Stakeholder management
Analytical skills & complain handling and conflict solving skills
Microsoft skills knowledge
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
HR Experience is a plus
