We are hiring an HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Communication) who will be responsible for:
Conduct talent sourcing, benchmarking, assessment and interviewing (CBI)
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Responsible for all employer branding activities
Builds talents pool for future requirements
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Manage employee engagement programs and own engagement calendar panning & execution
Work on creative content generation for all communication and engagement platforms
Ensure communication strategy is in line with company strategy
Identify key engagement drivers for employees in multiple levels and locations
Manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
Job is not limited to the above activities, but extends to other HR projects including talent management, L&D and talent acquisition
