1-Performs all executive secretarial tasks. Including transcribing and proofreading confidential correspondence.
2-Prepares reports and minutes of meetings schedules appointments and maintains. Files and other material essential for use.
3-Uses automated office system to prepare letters memoranda and reports and emails.
4-Processes records and forms requisitions office supplies and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management.
5-Maintains files of all minutes taken at corporate meetings for future references.
6-Coordinates the scheduling of regular corporate meetings gathering agenda items and materials as required and preparing and distributing finalized agenda.
7-Performs special and confidential assignments as required.
8-Collect Reports from different departments.
9-Run Personal errands for the owner.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent command of the English and Arabic language
