Objective:
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Greets clients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude.
· Assists clients in finding their way around the office.
· Assists with a variety of administrative tasks including writing letters circulars and memos moreover copying faxing and taking notes.
· Prepares meeting and training rooms.
· Answers phones in a professional manner and routs calls as necessary.
· Assists colleagues with administrative tasks.
· Answers forwards and screens phone calls.
· Sorts and distributes mail.
· Provides excellent customer service.
· Schedules appointments and maintains event calendars.
Requirements:
· Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.
· Consistent professional dress and manner.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
· Good time management skills.
· Able to contribute positively as a part of team helping out with various tasks are required.
· Suitable education degree additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
