Description
The junior treasurer will play an important role in improving or maintaining the financial health and success of our business. S/he will be responsible for accurate and timely cash reporting and to aid with the daily treasury functions of our company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the daily treasury functions
Pay vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payments are received
Respond to all vendors inquiries regarding financial issues
Assist with month-end closing
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Keep track of all payments and expenses including invoices, statements ,etc.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
1-2 years of experience in the same position
Advanced Excel/MS Office skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication and persuasion
High proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)
