Your Tasks And Responsibilities



·       You will create Customers / Vendors on GMDM tool.

·       You will be responsible for employees expenses in her area.

·       You will be submitting all invoices related to the employees to Accounting team.

·       You will be responsible for the issuance extension and cancellation of Letter of Guarantees and all approvals related.

·       You will be responsible for the monthly reporting of LGs and follow up with team to retrieve all expired LGs.

·       You will handle E-Filing on share drive.

·       You will support the teams with all travel booking (International/Domestic)

·      

Your Qualifications And Experience



·       Bachelors degree in a Business discipline.

·       1-3 years of relevant working experience in an administration or finance environment.

·       High level of numeracy and proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.

·       Fluent in English



Your Attributes And Skills



·       Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English.

·       Ability to take ownership and responsibility for allocated tasks.

·       Must be able to work independently show initiative and be a self-starter.

·       Ensuring all activity undertaken is in line with Siemens guidelines government regulations.
