Responsibilities
Support the global Recruitment team and local management with recruiting activities including but not limited to coordinating tests phone screens interviews feedback etc
Actively communicate with candidates throughout the process to gather availability for interviews keep them engaged and abreast of their progression
Ensure recruitment data is updated and accurate in the applicant tracking system
As the team grows participate recruiting activities
Assist in other related tasks as appropriate
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form good command of the English language
Experience is not required but is a plus
Have interest and knowledge about recruitment
Attention to detail proven ability to schedule complex appointments and interviews across multiple time zones and locations
Have integrity self-awareness and flexible but pushy
Self-motivated and self-starter entrepreneurial approach to work
