Key Responsibilities
* Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
* Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, Cash flow and other statements.
* Secures financial information by completing database backups.
* Protects organization value by keeping information confidential.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Monitors expenditures to assure that the department remains within the budget.
* Prepares various reports and studies
* Assists in the formulation of the department budget in compliance with applicable budget policy and guidelines.
* Advises department head and managers on the use and source of funds.
* Supervises the departmental accounting function and coordinates the completion of periodic financial statements and record-keeping.

Responsible:
* Experience level: 0to 2 years of
Accountant or any related field. ( can be fresh graduate)
* BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Specific Excel)
* Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
* Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
* Good in Accounting, QuickBooks & Research Skills
* Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail
* General Math Skills, Corporate Finance & Financial Software
