Responsibilities:
provide all supports needed to enable tutors achieving our targets and goals
Monitoring the quality standards of Faheem and ensuring that all tickets are closed efficiently and effectively.
Looking into teachers’ pains, analyzing their problems .
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the meeting of KPIs during a shift.
Working on adhoc projects as required.
Working across all the key functions: quality management, teachers on-boarding, teachers relations, peak management, teacher’s happiness.
being proactive and supportive with tutors to build a good working relationship to Faheem
Qualifications:
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
excellent computer skills
Fluent in Arabic
Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
Customer oriented
Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent)
