Purpose: The holder of this position will coordinate training logistics of Women Economic Empowerment program.
Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in outreach and recruitment of prospective participants by searching different channels and appropriate recruitment tools.Facilitate the on-line capacity building trainings as scheduled and attend all sessions.
Support in resolving participants’ challenges.
Ensure the successful operation of the platform in coordination with GAPP IT tea
Maintain database, class lists and attendance sheets.
Follow up with participants to resolve online/offline challenges.
Disseminate announcements/ shared information to participants.
Assist in scheduling arrangements and pre-& post trainings logistics.
Prepare, disseminate and compile participants’ evaluations.
Assist in preparing participants’ evaluation reports.
Assist in logistics of roundtable final event
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement:
·Bachelor degree in a related field
Experience:
Two years of experience in training coordination and capacity building workshops
Working experience in NGO/INGO is preferred Experience working in international organization is preferred
Skills:
Excellent English and Arabic language skills (verbal & written)
Excellent English and Arabic language skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team work skills, collaboration, flexibility and organization
Energetic, self-motivated and possess friendly attitude.
Good handling of ad-hoc multiple tasks with high-quality performance.
Proficient user of MS office.
Familiarity with online-based platforms such as zoom or others is required.
