Job Description

 

 • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office 

• Preparing and editing correspondence reports and presentations 

• Making travel and guest arrangements 

• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. 

• Secures information by completing data base backups. 

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications.

 

Qualifications :

 

 ·        Bachelor Degree

·        Mastering English language

·        proficiency in computer skills.

·        Experience in same position for at least 2 years Preferable in pharmaceutical industry.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

·        Excellent time management skills

·        Well-developed organisational skills

·        Attention to detail

·        Great verbal and written communication skills
