Principal Accountabilities:

·       Undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks

·       Support in the planning and coordination of the program and its activities

·       Assist in outreach and recruitment of prospective participants by searching different channels and appropriate recruitment tools

·       Ensure the implementation is aligned with the program guidelines

·       Maintain budget and keep track of expenditures/transactions

·       Overlook communications through media relations social media

·       Facilitate the training as scheduled and attend sessions

·       Assist in scheduling arrangements and prepost trainings logistics

·       Ensure the expenditures and documentation of all financials are aligned with the project budget

·       Oversee the operations and milestones of the project

·       Ensure timely communications and announcements

·       Help build positive relations within the team and external parties (program stakeholders)

·       Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda

·       Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing presentations)

·       Prepare paperwork and order needed material

·       Keep updated records and create reports or proposals as needed

·       Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement:   

·    BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

Experience:

·       Two years of relevant experience

Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position Skills:

·       Excellent command of the English and Arabic language and writing skills

·       Knowledge of program management and development procedures

·       Knowledge of budgeting bookkeeping and reporting

·       Tech savvy proficient in MS Office

·       Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams

·       Excellent time-management and organizational skills

·       Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·       Energetic self-motivated and possess friendly attitude

·       Good handling of ad-hoc multiple tasks with high-quality performance

·       Detail-oriented and efficient

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Familiarity with online-based platforms such as zoom or others is required
