We are looking for a Coordinator Helpdesk to join our team in Egypt! Be a part of Talabat IT Helpdesk team and provide IT technical support to the internal users.
(Core Responsibilities):
Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Direct unresolved issues to the second level of support
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Resolve problems within Microsoft office (outlook excel etc.).
Work with Active Directory to build user network profiles reset passwords unlock accounts etc.
Install repair and setup computer peripherals.
Administer repairs upgrades and completed configuration of PCs and related peripherals.
Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PCs and Laptops.
Perform software installations and regularly scheduled updates.
Support and maintain printers.
Create and detail trouble tickets and enter them into a database and correctly refer them to the appropriate team members.
