POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administration Assistant reports to the Operation Site manager and HR manager and has the responsibility of managing all Administration tasks
PRIMARY DUTIES
• Provide ID card- Visiting Cards- SIM card-
Internet connection through our Attendance system.
• Transportation & Hotel Bookings –
• Manage Employee- Guest Travel.
• Guest invitation letters
• Looking after travel arrangements of employees- regional guests.
• Looking after hotel and cab bookings. (advance booking - cancellations
• Housekeeping –
• Ensure Admin Building- Security Cabin Housekeeping.
• Daily checking of checklist
• Purchase Housekeeping Material
• Get the done all small repairing in relate with Admin Building
• Vendor Management –
• Vendor Management - Hotels- Transportation- Housekeeping- Stationary- Pest Control- Couriers- Security etc.
• Admin Bill processing
• SAP Indirect PRP - Purchase Requisition
• Perform the role of Indirect PRP user and raise Purchase Requisition for all admin- general services- sales- and Finance
• Follow up the delivery of the orders and insure it comply with requester specification
• Meeting room booking and arrangement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 2-4 yrs of experience
• Microsoft computer expert user especially with reports and excel
• High level of commination and negotiation skills
• Shows high level of flexibility and adaptability
