1-Premium Relationship Officer
Key Roles Provide exceptional quality service to new and existing Premium clients relationships by providing them with the full suite of financial products & services based on their needs. Maximize profitability and create client ownership by providing the highest level of customer service through continuous proactive sales calls & visits to existing and new clients. Develop an action plan to broaden the existing client relationship by to acquiring new client relationships as well as new TMLs. Achieve sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Premium clients. Adhere to Premium service quality standards and comply with Premium policies and guidelines. Update all clients files and ensure that all documents related to client are available in order to comply to KYC and AML Regulations. Identify and acquire new Premium clients to achieve “New To Bank” targets as well as cross sell targets. Review existing client relationships to ensure a greater share of wallet and higher cross sell ratios. Monitor own portfolio (portfolio management) by tracking the progress of Customer base, Asset Portfolio, Deposit Portfolio & Penetration Ratios of products and service. Pay attention to client feedback for any suggestions/concerns to propose innovative ideas for new products and services, and escalate to the Premium Program Manager when necessary. Participate in Premium program sponsorships, events & initiatives that contribute in promoting the program image. Retain Client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client). Job RequirementsEducation: University degree from a recognized university Experience: min. 2-4 years in relationship management and sales of retail products. Competences:Fluent in English & Arabic Excellent Communication and Time Mgt. 2-Senior Auditor
Key Roles
Conduct audit assignments in the field, and perform audit procedures to the extent appropriate, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, preparing work papers, and documenting audit findings and recommendations
Ensure assignments are executed in accordance with the group methodologies and professional standards
Provide supervision, counseling, and on-the-job coaching promptly to audit staff
Coordinate with audited party management to facilitate progress of the assignments
Review all audit work and ensure documentation of audit evidence, findings and conclusion.
Prepare draft audit reports
Review and discuss audit findings and recommendations to be taken with the audit manager
Job Requirements
Education: BSc. In Finance or accounting degree from a recognized university.
Experience: 6 years of banking experience, of which at least 4 in internal auditing or in the banking practice of an external Audit firm
Competences:
Fluent in English & Arabic
Experience in planning and executing assignments and in handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of the bank P&Ps, SOPs, & best practices

Responsibilities
Implement Branch Sales Budget and business plan.
Drive, manage & track branch performance toward achieving business, sales & service quality goals & targets through marketing bank products & services and increase customer base by direct and cross selling.
Manage in coordination with Retail Management staff vacations & vacancies in a manner to ensure best service to customers.
Meet on a regular base with branch staff to review, assess and enhance level of sales & service.
Coach and train staff to ensure full awareness of Bank products, services and P&P
Manage & approve counter transactions according to the authority matrix.
Ensure all Audit notes are fully adhered to and that there are no repetitions.
Manage and implement channels migration strategy.
Manage staff rotation within branch/branches to ensure all functions are fully covered.
Ensure manning the Meeter/Greeter & CIO desks as per the schedule on daily bases.
Ensure services carried out to all customers regardless of segment are up to level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to the Branch Operating Model.
Qualifications
Education:
University degree in business administration or finance from a reputable university
Experience :
Min. 8 years experience in banking, Branch management experience is a plus
Competencies:
Fluent in English & in Arabic.
Strong sales & services orientation.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills & Problem solving skills.
