WIN Holding for Information Technology & Services hiring Accountant

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for Preparing cash flow for Infasme.

·        Responsible for Preparing journal entry and general ledger for the Groups Compnaies Infasme / Ble foods / Music yard / Ble store.

·        Maintain records for routine accounting transaction adjustments and closing entries or the four Companies.

·        Responsible for Preparing Revenue Invoices for Infasme / Music yard / Ble store and Ble Foods when the senior level is on leave.

·        Responsible for Preparing Petty Cash Reconciliation for the four comonaies.

·        Prepare The Salary for Ble foods / Ble store.

·        Analyze the available information to provide management with reports.

·        Follow Up Cash Balance for Infasme / Music yard / Ble foods / Ble store.

·        Prepare reports memos letters financial legal document and assist Kamel as and when the work demands.

·        Follow Up Bank Statement and Cash Balance and issue all checks and cash it

·        Ensure Banks are reconciled on a weekly basis for Infasme/Music Yard / Ble Stores

·        Coordinate on Collection from clients for all the entities in Egypt

·        Supervises accounting and financial reporting within an organization across all the entities in Egypt

·        Prepared and submit Daily Sales report for Ble foods / Ble store.

·        Responsible for the treasury of Infasme / Music yard / Ble Store / Ble Foods

·        Responsible for purchases for Infasme.

·        Responsible for coordinating with purchase process for Infasme/Music yard/ Ble Stores/Ble Foods.

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

·        Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

·        Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
