Your Responsibilities
Orders processing: Ordering to cash (end to end process) checklist, order booking, clean/dirty order process , follow on a timely manner starting from quotation implementation, order booking, Purchase order, shipping, provide original docs., customs process up to delivery to the customer.
Order Planning: Ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service.
Administration: Ensuring efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management SAP system until process to our feeder factories (SCM process).
Customer Relations: Updating customers about production/system/service status based on system inputs, act as point of contact for internal as well as external enquiries by phone and email, update F.G to customer and follow up to delivery.
Reporting: Preparing, analyzing regular statistics using respective tools, collecting relevant information, ensure on time delivery for regular requested reports (Revenue forecast, inventory, ROTD and CROTD), track regular target achievement and provide results to management.

Your background
Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering, Commerce, business administration, Supply management etc.
Minimum 2-5 years experience in order handling, supply management, planning or project management in a similar environment in multinational company.
Have a good experience in logistics and shipping dealing with factories from different countries (Europe, China etc.).
Having full knowledge for the custom clearance Docs and process in many countries.
Candidate should have project management and planning certificates.
Working knowledge on sales force program and logistics.
Required strong SAP knowledge and working experience of full SD/MM modules.
Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must. French is Preferable.
