Accountant Assistant The job holder will be responsible for :
· Maintain all vendor accounts within company policy.
· Review submitted payment requests by various departments for suppliers.
· Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessary follow up actions.
· Monitor vendor aging on monthly basis to clear any issue in a timely manner.
· Process invoice booking / Payment as assigned by P2P process lead Mgr. (Invoice booking GRN …)
· Monitor manage and resolve supplier queries complaints escalate which necessary to process Lead Mgr.
· Perform accruals while ensuring supporting statements and workings in the attachment.
· Support internal and external audits.
· Help to create a continuous process improvement environment.
Job Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Finance or related will be preferred.
· Oracle professional user.
· 1-3 years of experience.
· Very good English is written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
