Event Planner
- Event planning, design and production within time limits
- Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
Adventure:
- Lead and guide day, weekend and extended trips
- Maintain, clean, organize and repair Outdoor Rental Equipment
- Respond to and follow all risk management/emergency procedures
Operation:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
