ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Maximo Development and Maintenance Function:
• Administration of the software application consists of Maximo, including; provision of users support, modification of report formats, modification of workflows, and enhancement of functionalities and applications
• Regularly meet with Engineers, Shift supervisor and technicians to collate usage feedback and identify any specific additional requirements
• Provide training, support and guidance on Maximo, especially for newly developed applications and functionalities on the outcome of any configuration changes
• Implement appropriate changes in the system configuration and programming scripts to fulfil any changes in the Clients needs or requirements
•Assist the O&M section in understanding the maintenance demand, as defined within the Maximo , by providing regular preventative/corrective maintenance demand reports into the sections.


Material Planning and Forecasting Functions


• Manage inventory for the APM Site
• Forecast material requirement for APM maintenance
• Assist the SDC Manager with Material Management issues
• Transport material in and out of location


Logistic Support Function


• In charge of controlling warehouse facilities
• Assist the SDC Manager in planning, budgeting, management and allocation of resources to
provide effective stores management, inventory services and logistics
•Supervise verification of accuracy of purchased materials and technical acceptance by end users
• To create and operate effective strategies and management of Hired Vehicles


Store Management function:-
• Issues Inventory Report; in/out status report; dead stock report, goods age report, consumption
report and other report requirement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance spares, consumables and tools inventory and
inventory records using Maximo
