About the job

We are looking for Administration who:

 

• Managing reception area.

• Welcome customers and answer their queries.

• Managing phone calls and correspondence.

• Keeping diaries scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Creating and Organizing company files. 

• Photocopying and printing various documents.

• Purchasing office supplies.

• Supervise the cleaners and check their work.

• Preparing required reports.

• Handling all admin related tasks.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree.

• Experience: 2 - 5 years.

• Language: VG in English.

• Computer Skills: VG in MS Office.

• Other requirements: Social Media Background.
