Supply Chain Specialist,
We are looking for a professional candidate with 5-6 years’ experience in SCM ( supply chain management ) department
Job descriptions.
• Supervise and direct all import personnel ensuring all operational requirements and Qatar Standards are met consistently through clear direction and effective communication.
• Creating Commercial Invoices, packing list & COO with correct Customs international Harmonize Code.
• Have a good experience in Qatar Customs law.
• Know all HSCODE of items which required any approval.
• To take approval for the consignments from all ministries in QATAR.
• Contact with all suppliers by phone & email for any inquiry and to be sure from all documents before sending to my company.
• Clear shipments from all ports.
• Organize container (shipments) release from all port (air, sea and road) with Freight Forwarders.
• Collect delivery orders from shipping line and solving problems with them.
