Main Responsibilities:
• Processing accounts and income and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Performing day to day financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording data.
• Assists with the payment run process. Match invoices with payment details.
• Accurately review code and verify transaction by transaction.
• Perform Daily weekly and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry associated with accounts receivables per transaction.
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Expense report handling.
• Clarify any questionable invoice items prices or receiving signatures.
• Perform data entry of accounts receivables in Accounting systems ensuring accuracy of revenue.
Job Requirements:
• BSC. Of Commerce accounting major
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• High Reconciliation and analysis ability.
• Proficient in using MS Excel.
• Digital or E-commerce background is preferable.
