This post requires strong organization skills and a fair background in Back Office functions for both Funds and Portfolios. Quick response time and accuracy is a must.
Qualifications
University degree in Commerce or Finance
1-2 year of experience
Personal Skills
Working knowledge of English is a must
Advanced computer skills
High communication skills
Organized with the ability to manage several tasks consecutively and accurately
Responsibilities:
Awareness of relevant EFSA regulations
Inputs Client information in system for account opening
Responsible for all entries of account movement pertaining to client requests i.e. injection withdrawal liquidation Financing Facility etc. in addition to Client bank information
Input fee structure and marketing percentages
Download relevant price information for report Client account report generation
Maintaining a proper filing system
Receiving and download/input trade executions in system
Post all corporate action details in system
Generate client closing Positions Reports
Send client reports weekly quarterly including positing returns and fees due
