FOREIGN PURCHASING SPECIALIST
· Location : AlAhram
· Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
· Days off: Friday Saturday
· Salary : 5000 to 7000 L.E
· Social Insurance - Transportation
Requirements:
· Experience: 1 to 3 years
· Microsoft office ( Excel - word)
· English:Excellent
· ORACLE USER PREFERABLE
Job Description:
1- Receive purchase request on our oracle system from the factory
2- Issue purchase order
3- Follow up with supplier freight forwarder until goods to be received
4- Follow up with custom clearance and treasury dept.
5- Notice the factory when the goods will enter our warehouse
6- Daily communication with our suppliers from Spain and Italy
7- Update status and reports
8- Negotiation
9- It is a must that the candidate school is foreign language school – have excellent English language
