Responsibilities :
Monitoring and analyzing production processes of each production section
Always seek a reduction of cost of operating and production stages to reduce the final cost of the product
Follow-up the process of receiving raw materials for the production departments based on the production plan
Monthly Inventory of sections
Evaluating materials under operating in relation to cost
Follow-up on sections productivity and machines capacity and be aware of maximum capacity /actual capacity for each machine separately
Calculate the cost of faults
Calculate cost ratios of natural and non-natural losses and linking it with incentives
Create cost lists production sections
Analyze the reasons for the deviation of the production plan to avoid deficiencies leading to delinquency
