Job Requirements:
· Experience 5-8 years in similar position
· Fluent English & Arabic ( Reading Writing & speaking)
· Excellent Communication skills is a MUST
· Excellent knowledge in all MS Office & research skills
· Presentable
· Maadi Resident is preferable
· Language School graduate is a must
· Flexible working hours depending on business need
Job Description:
· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
· Recording Minutes of meeting in Arabic and English
· Following up and communicating with all company departments to make sure tasks are completed.
· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
· Sending reminders to manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
· Typing compiling and preparing reports presentations and correspondence
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
