Required Qualifications
Education
Essential: Completion of secondary education supplemented by training in Geographic Information Systems and MS SQL.
ExperienceEssential: At least 5 years of extensive and progressive experience in maintenance support and operation of Geographic Information System databases. Experience in Open Data Connectivity and SQL.
Knowledge of Windows Operating System. Considerable and practical experience in large-scale GIS projects covering analysis of needs design and implementation of GIS tools and resources.
Desirable: Relevant WHO / UN experience.
Skills· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems for serves and desktop applications.
· Very good knowledge and principles of geographic information systems.
· Knowledge of software packages such as ArcGIS (all modules) Q GIS and other related software.
· Experience in the use of electronic reporting database and communication tools.
REMUNERATIONWHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at EGP 235531 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
