We are looking for an ambitious HR Generalist to join Compensation and Benefits team
Competent Candidate will be responsible for Supporting the implementation of day to day compensation programs. Ensures Periodic compensation programs are maintained in accordance process and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Handle private medical insurance administration for all employees
Advise employees of benefits available to them including health insurance, vision, dental, life insurance
Implement Medical claims and abills process
Responsible for gathering information and updating medical database for all employees
Responsible for administering Medical cases and coordinate with Personnel team for governmental medical follow up and process
May coordinate with HR team, finance and Operations team for financial logistics and medical invoices
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
