Job description:
Responsible for contracts renewal for hourly employees.
Handling all activities related to social insurance and labor office.
Conduct onboarding offboarding outsource and contracted employees (hiring – firing – attendance - payroll )
supporting effectively with Labor UNION leader daily to create positive working environment, addressing worker grievances and verifying compliance with contractual protocols
Involved in the investigation minutes writing and filling documentations.
Support all functions with administration requests including (stationary, business card, Vehicle Licensing …etc.)
Maintain and update hourly employee files and employee records consisting of employee data, employment history records and existing employment status Personnel activity.
Support WOC with Site Leadership Team for hourly employees
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in business, HR management or any other related field.
Preferable Previous experience in employee relations or HR management is usually required as well.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
Listening skills as well as the ability to understand people background
Full knowledge of related laws and regulation.
Maintaining confidentiality of work-related materials and information.
Filing and data management
Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload and adapt to changing priorities
Good command of English language verbal and written.
Preferable Good command of SAP & Microsoft office.
Preferable +2 years of experience in similar position or related job experience.
