We are looking for Recruitment Specialist who:
• Fill open Vacancies (blue & white collars).
• Conducting all recruitment process.
• Collect job needs & make job adds.
• Screening CVs & make a shortlist.
• Make interviews using STAR techniques & CBI.
• Checking the References & Orientation of employee.
• Making Job Offer, Contracting & Onboarding.
• Overseeing exit interviews.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors Degree.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Language: Ex in English.
• Computer Skills: Ex in MS Office.
• Other Requirements: HR Diploma is a MUST.
