About the job
Coordination between all Department team members & other Departments to get maximum results in least time.
Assist & organize for VP work duties.
Assist in applying: Contracts Renewal, Revising Budget monthly, Tracking ERP system & suppliers invoices work log.
Assist in all internal operations in all areas (October, N.Cairo & North Coast).
Management Agreements with other Departments.
Review contract dates and when to renew contracts.
Review the monthly updated budget & prepare analysis & required work log.
Coordinating with Administration team to handle all operation invoices & tracking ERP system.
Prepare for VP meetings & take necessary actions to handle owners issues.
Education : Bachelor Degree
PC Knowledge : Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Technical skills : Customer Relationship management, Effective Communication Skills and Professional attitude.
Other Requirements : Good command of English language.
