Job Purpose:
-Provides Secretarial and Administrative Support To The General Manager.
Job Description:
- Schedule
Internal and External Appointments and Meetings on Behalf Of The General Manager.
- Provide General Office Support as Correspondence, Editing and Maintaining Presentations and Proper Filing Of The General Manager’s Documents.
- Take and Type Meeting Notes, and Sending Emails on Behalf Of The General Manager.
- Facilitate Annual and Periodic Staff Review Processes By Scheduling Review Meetings and Perform Follow Up on Actions.
- Manage any Task Associated With Managing Travels For The General Manager and Any Expenses Associated To The Team Travel.
- Manage and Prepare Logistics For Company Events.
- Record and Track Team Vacations According To Policy and Legal Requirements.
- Ensure That The Health & Safety Procedures are Carried Out To Maintain a Safe Environment.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree is Required

-Effective Verbal and Listening
-Communications Skills
-Computer Skills
-Effective Written Communications Skills including The Ability To Prepare Reports, Proposals, Policies and Procedures
-Effective Public Relations and Time Management Skills
-Experience: 5-6 Years Minimum Experience in an Administration and HR Role
