The Mission: We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic, energetic, and collaborative team out of Cairo Office (Egypt). In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers across the Middle East Africa Region to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting strategic priorities. You will work with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals. In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and providing input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies. Join our Siemens HR Team as the Talent Acquisition Partner – Middle East Africa Region and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!You will be part of Siemens Talent Acquisition team responsible to handle end to end recruiting for Siemens Industrial in Egypt and throughout the Middle East Africa (MEA) region Plan, proactively source, interview and integrate suitable candidates. Take ownership of various recruiting projects, such as ramp-ups in a country or recruiting drives for specific skill sets Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor Understand customers’ needs and meet their high expectations. Work closely with all Siemens HR units locally, regionally, and globally in different Projects and HR workstreams. Drive efforts to make Siemens the employer of choice in the region. In charge for developing various strategies within TA portfolio for the regional organizations. Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed, and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with Internal guidelines. Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events Drive, monitor and continuously improve the performance of Talent Acquisition. Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!University degree in HRM, BA, or related subject from reputable university or college 5 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience from regional / international markets Demonstrated experience in all full life cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management. Deep knowledge in technical recruiting environment. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subject. Comprehensive understanding of the labor trends affecting the Middle East. Experience in a multi-cultural environment. Strong Communication and influencing Skills. Should be able to work under Pressure Excellent project management skills strong analytical skills. Previous experience with data analytics tools highly appreciated Excellent communication and reporting skills Must have strong initiative and work well under tight deadlines. Ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as needed. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, more importantly, Excel (i.e. ability to construct formulas, use pivot tables, etc to manipulate and analyze data) Demonstrate the ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc).
