Star Distribution is Hiring “HR Generalist” To Join our Team
Accountabilities and Duties
• Successfully direct and coordinate the overall Human Resource function
• Maintain HR daily tasks (Handling all the Hiring Requests /HR letters/ clearness forms / investigations / Exit interviews, etc.)
• Handle all tasks related to Medical Insurance (employee additions / terminations / cash claims /Inquires, etc.)
. • Create a social insurance sheet with all the employees (in& out dates/ social insurance number / ID Number & title)
. • Communicate and Receive All Hiring Requests and Updates.
• Collect All the variables to be added in monthly payroll.
• Maintain listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
• Manage to develop and prepare various policies and procedures for different company’s departments in line with department heads and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
• Design each department organizational structure charts and job descriptions in line with department heads
Experience and Qualifications Required:
• Proven experience as Recruiter, or HR Generalist position
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• BSc/BA in business administration, relevant field; further training will be a plus
