Answering customers questions & requests about medical & beauty advices.
Responsible for Cash settlement end of shift & delivery of cash accounts to next pharmacist.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing target sales required.
Responsible for (stabilization of medicine, extracting expiries…etc.)
Respond to all EZZ EL DEEN branches in transfers of products between branches & record it)
Dispense prescriptions to contracts & medical insurance companies’ customers’ & Knowing all ways of contracts)
Update customers with EZZ ELDEEN offers.
Follow up with customers in their needs & requests.
Recording of special orders & preferred list.
Follow up with delivery man to ensure order delivery on time.
Recording name of delivery man on receipt.
Responsible for raising AVT & NOT.
Making customers data base by coding them.
