Qualifications and Evaluations
: Three years of experience in an administrative position is required - two of those years must have been in work involving budgeting accounting or finance.JOB KNOWLEDGE
: Must have thorough knowledge of the budgeting process including financial planning and allotment accounting. Must be knowledgeable of financial management rules and regulations.
College Degree is required.
: Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (this will be tested).
