Qualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in an administrative position is required - two of those years must have been in work involving budgeting accounting or finance.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have thorough knowledge of the budgeting process including financial planning and allotment accounting. Must be knowledgeable of financial management rules and regulations.
Education Requirements:
College Degree is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (this will be tested).
Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of Arabic is required.
