We respect and celebrate the diversity of our people, their backgrounds and experiences and provide equal opportunity for all.About the job KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Budget/Forecasts exercises CoordinationCoordinate management and preparation of business plans, budgets and forecasts in line with corporate and regional guidelines to entire departments within scope Ensure thorough screening of assumptions used to prepare the business plan / budget / forecasts –. Provide quality feedback to the department head and ensure ownership of the numbers. Manage budgets with a strong focus on opex bridge and evolution Vs. assigned budget and tendencies. Provide strategic direction to departments head on resources allocation to optimize affiliate opex and ROI ratios. Business Partnering Work closely with the affiliate SSF and GSF functions to ensure proper flow on achieving financial objectives for the year. Ensure proper visibility and tracking to potential R&O risks and ensure proper alignment with department head on the YTD/YTG and mitigated actions in case of identified risks. Ensure putting in place Actual Vs. budget reports for all departments within scope with a qualitative comment to enhance proper guidance on the financial cost center management while ensuring effective decision making. Develop the service provided to budget holders along business partner lines, promoting good financial management, accountability, efficiency and value for money. Bring strong financial support by participating in all reviews and projects within concerned departments in scope. Providing ad hoc analysis and insights on specific issues whenever requested. Develop necessary controls and effective reporting on key elements under focus from region / corporate. Timely Management Reporting and Monitoring Ensure validation of PRs and financial requests on timely manner while respecting the contracts terms, budget and internal control guidelines Ensure proper monthly bookings / entries to needed financial entries for departments in Scope including; Accruals / Reversals and provisions. Ensure validation of OPEX before submission of Magnitude and Rep Office closing as relevant. Provide inputs to the accounting team for changes / corrections. Continuously improve the budgeting and monthly reporting processes; contribute to the improvement of other finance processes and service. Communicate efficiently with Region and Corporate Controllers as requested and become their key contact for their respective scope. Provide accurate and timely monthly management accounts including variance analysis for heads of department and senior management. Others:Respect of company values, code of ethics and social charter. Respect of personal data protection charter. Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures. (CPA or MBA is an asset) 3-6 years of relative experience in the finance field preferably (Chartered Accountant or Financial Analyst or Financial planning or Financial Controller) High analytical skills High communication, presentation and time management skills Business partner mindset Excellent knowledge of computer skills Excellent command of English System knowledge (SAP/HFM) Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge ofSAP / HFM Applicable statute Financial analysis Accountancy methods Competencies RequirementStretch to go beyond the level we have operated at up until now.
