Main Purpose

Job Description

Account management activities for outsourced Labor & Contractors in his/her assigned sites/accounts to ensure smooth operations of business lines/channels.

Accountabilities



·       Ensure daily efficient attainment of Labor across all assigned accounts.

·       Develop monthly accrual of all outsourcing expenses in cooperation with the finance team.

·       Manage Employee Relation activities for outsourced Labor in assigned accounts.

·       Investigate track and approve Labor penalties & develop relevant action plans.

·       Perform vendor management activities with Labor suppliers to ensure daily smooth operations.

·       Handle contractors hiring process in coordination with suppliers & PepsiCo hiring Managers as well as LHRMs.

·       Create Monthly PRs of planned Labor on the system & follow up on relevant approvals.

·       Act with agility towards any request by Business/LHRM for assigned accounts.

·       Review develop and send the attendance sheets to all suppliers.

·       Maintain budget of assigned accounts & initiate ideas to optimize headcount to achieve net productivity.

·       Conduct site visits to ensure Outsourcing KPIs are maintained & to maintain open channels with Business Managers.

·       Conduct monthly audit on all Labor hiring documents.

·       Implement business transformation initiatives on outsourcing front & achieve projects targets.

·       Implement suppliers remapping plans with profound change management techniques.

·       Manage offline payments in cooperation with Finance Suppliers & other stakeholders.

·       Participate in Outsourcing Annual Operating Plan through preparing in cooperation with LHRMs needed headcount for assigned accounts.

·       Control monthly overtime & work with relevant stakeholders to decrease it.



Qualifications/Requirements



·       Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline.

·       Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR is a must.

·       Language Proficiency: Very good command of Arabic & English Languages.

·       Very good Project Management Skills.

·       Very good user of Microsoft Office.

·       Strong analytical & orga
nization skills.

·       Strong communication interpersonal and influencing skills.

·       Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure.
