About The Job
· Monitor and report on daily team attendance
· Co-ordinate Workforce Management assignments amongst the specialist population and validate adherence to workflow assignments whilst making sure all are skilled in the right discipline
· Review Business and Compliance escalations and share analysis
· Participate in weekly calibration with SRS OPS & QA
· Stay connected with the process of investigating cases
· Take updates, understand focus areas, and plan actions for the week
· Conduct coaching sessions covering performance, QA feedback
· Share development plans and track progress
· Review weekly performance, covering performance against goals, operational headcount oversight (NPT, Shrinkage etc.), conducts gap analyses and adopts remediation steps
· Share deep dive on resolves vs expected, delivery on production hrs vs planned, etc.
· Support your site for hiring investigators
· Attend WBR with Manager/Ops Manager
· Plan and execute activities that recognize, motivate, and develop your team
Additional Competencies
· The Risk Investigations Manager relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals, working under limited supervision
· All candidates will be analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment
· The candidate will clearly communicate findings, determinations and recommendations to compliance management and business partners, both at periodic intervals and as needed regarding escalated or high-risk compliance issues
· Identify regulatory compliance risks/concerns and make suggestions and/or take corrective actions to implement solutions to improve controls/operations
· Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with management and business partners to accomplish goals
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree
· 1+ years of experience in regulatory or a compliance operations environment, a regulatory agency, risk management or other internal control functions (Trade Compliance, Banking, Law firm) within a complex international organization
Preferred Qualifications
· Fluent in English and at least one other language desirable, but not a necessity
· Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate concepts into clear steps and communicate to stakeholders
· Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
· Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
· This person must also appreciate the legal, compliance, and financial context of their work and display appropriate sensitivity to its confidential nature
