Accountant expert in this field and has the ability to followup and management of sales expenses purchase revenues transactions and accounts and preparation of financial statements
Principal Accountabilities Job Details
Prepare daily Accounting records and Journal entries
Review and processing expense invoices
Review and validate revenue invoices
Collection follow up on account receivables
Prepare examine and analyze accounting records financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
Analyze business operations trend costs revenues financial commitments and obligations to future revenues and expenses.
Communicates with customers regarding their billing
Prepare yearly budget.
Monitors spending to ensure it remains within budget
Performs other accounting duties as requested
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Commerce
Less than six months of experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
