· Mathematical aptitude analytical skills logical thinking and ability to work with and through people to establish goals objectives and action plans.

Job Description:
· Design the compensation packages based on business goals Job Descriptions salary scheme and strategy to issue offers.
· Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
· Participate in Salary and labor market Surveys (Collecting Data receiving results and Offering Suggestions) to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
· Participate in the Merit Increase Bonuses and Profit Share exercises.
· Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
· Conduct personnel periodic audits prepare and present reports.
· Prepare zero cost benefits booklet and Non-cash benefits operations.
· Enter and Calculate payroll data to ensure all transactions are processed efficiently (for only one of Juhaynas companies).
