Design the compensation packages based on business goals, Job Descriptions, salary scheme and strategy to issue offers.
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Participate in Salary and labor market Surveys (Collecting Data, receiving results and Offering Suggestions) to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Participate in the Merit Increase, Bonuses and Profit Share exercises.
Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
Conduct personnel periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
Prepare zero cost benefits booklet and Non-cash benefits operations.
Enter and Calculate payroll data to ensure all transactions are processed efficiently (for only one of Juhaynas companies).
1-3 years of practical experience in HR/Compensation & Benefits.
Mathematical aptitude, analytical skills, logical thinking and ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
Must always maintain confidentiality.
Flexible and results oriented with excellent communication skills.Apply From Here
