Logistics Specialist Vacancy
Location: Zahraa Maadi
- Checking and negotiating freight forwarders for best rates.
-Booking with freight forwarders.
-Arrange needed shipping docs. from supplier.
-Responsible for Following up & updating the status of all shipments and following up on their delivery
-Manage all the communication between the forwarders, suppliers & clearance agency
-Preparing all set of documents for clearance agency
-Review all freight forwarders invoices.
-Prepare reports for the management.
*Job Requirements
-1-3 years of experience in the Import field.
-Certificates related to the field are preferred.
-Excellent using MS Office.
-Ability to communicate in the English language is MUST
Presentable
-Welling to move between ports
-Proven experience in logistics
-Preferably females
