Into Marketing Services is HIRING! We are looking for a HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience.
- Execute HR Policies, responsibilities for employee relation
& Performance as per annual objectives
- Develop & Implementation of company’s handbook to ensure workplace safety
- Execute the recruitment process
- Document training records
- Conduct TNA(s)
- Communicate with training vendors for training & develop
- Organize periodical performance appraisal & management
- Create and update JD’s for all positions
- Conduct employee’s orientation
- Gather & Analyze data with useful HR metrics, like turnover & hiring.
- Participate in supporting and facilitating all HR functions
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
