What you will be doing:
· Develop and manage client portfolios
· Improve onboarding processes for our clients
· Mediate between the ecosystem and Startups Galaxy
· Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
· Monitor customer usage data to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks for startups subscription
· Work with the other teams to ensure your strategies and plans are communicated with other support functions
· Identifying growth opportunities through client expansion and product attachment to achieve revenue growth and profitability
Who you are:
· 2+ years of experience, at least 1 year in a similar role
· Proven experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing is a must
· Highly organized and able to multi-task
· Self-driven and proactive nature
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate leadership qualities
· Knowledge of customer success processes
· Experience in document creation and assets
· Written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English is must
· Proficiency using the full G-Suite of products, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
