· Follows up on Social Insurance process with the Social Insurance office and all other government parties;
· Follow up the Medical insurance service & the Medical invoices reimbursement & the Physician of the Medical Provider for the weekly visits;
· Provide professional advice and support to employees on HR issues and ensures that HR policies are properly implemented and maintained;
· Maintain the
Internship program in Gabal and ensures that it is fully integrated in the system
· Ensure that the filling system of all employees is properly maintained and updated;
· Implement the annual Training Plan of Egypt monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness;
· Conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions as per the business need;
· Supports effective on boarding of new hires and effective integration into the business in coordination with the Line Managers;
· Follow up on the monthly staff attendance through monthly extract and share it with the Dept managers;
